Joe has been with Penn State Golf Courses since 2002. He has been a Class-A Member of the PGA since February 2001 and is a graduate of Penn State University's Professional Golf Management Program. In 2007, Joe received the College of Health & Human Development's "Emerging Professional Undergraduate Award". In 2010, his operation received the Philadelphia PGA's "Merchandiser of the Year Award" - Public Category.
Joe has a strong background in teaching private and group lessons to men, women, juniors, and players of all skill levels. He has taught at the best golf facilities in the great state of Pennsylvania, including Shannopin Country Club and Nationwide Tour stop, Glenmaura National Golf Club.

Lighter Grip for Distance & Direction
Grip pressure is essential for distance and accuracy. To have the right grip pressure, you grip the club with your fingers, relaxing the hands and arms. Keep this same grip pressure all the way through your swing and you should feel your hands moving faster through the ball!
