From the moment you drive through our gates, your group will receive first class treatment from the #1 event staff in central Pennsylvania.

The Penn State Golf Courses hosts over 400 events during the course of the year providing "Above and Beyond" customer service to each group regardless of their size. One of our main objectives is not only to meet our customer’s expectations but also to take pride in exceeding them on a consistent basis.

Our event program offers a group with many service options including: custom printed scorecards, professional scoring and awards ceremony, golf car and tee assignments, bag drop, pre-start welcome and announcements, practice balls and on-course special events. For groups that wish to add additional services, custom embroidered merchandise packages may be made available when planned in advance.



Catering may be provided to any group upon request. We work closely with Penn State Catering and several other local caterers to provide our groups with a first class dining experience. During our Second Mile Tournament, Penn State Catering serves approximately 1500 people during the event's main dinner.

2010 Rates & Contact Information:

All event rates include green fees, cart, and warm-up range balls. Five dollars from each fee will be returned to the group in the form of an event gift certificate.

Whether your group is coming to Penn State for a business meeting, conference, reunion or to just get away, the Penn State Golf Courses are the relaxed alternative to high-priced resorts.  Advance reservations for groups of twelve players or more are welcome anytime.

Golf packages are available through Penn State Hospitality Services.  Their properties include the Nittany Lion Inn and the Penn Stater.  Reservations and brochures may be requested by calling toll free (800) 233-7505.

Catering and Food:

From coffee and doughnuts to the culinary limits, Penn State Catering will make a lasting impression on your group.  Our catering operation is willing to work with groups and within their budgets.

Of course, your group can always relax and enjoy the 19th Hole Cafe located in the clubhouse.  The Cafe is equipped with a full kitchen and offers a variety of foods from a quick snack to a full meal.  The Cafe's dining area overlooks the courses and provides a perfect complement to a round of golf.
